2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of:

  • All in-person healthcare services provided at our facility

By using any of the above, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing services on behalf of a minor as their parent or legal guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

The Care Health Service provides the following medical and allied healthcare services:

  • Emergency & Trauma Care (24x7)
  • ICU & Critical Care
  • Surgical Services — General, Orthopaedic, Neuro and Laparoscopic Surgery
  • Pathology & Diagnostic Laboratory (NABL accredited)
  • Radiology & Imaging — X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI
  • Pharmacy (24x7 in-house)
  • Ambulance Services

Services are subject to availability of doctors and facilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service with reasonable notice except in emergency situations.

4. Appointments & Booking

Online Booking: When you submit an appointment request through our website form, you are making a request — not a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you within 30–60 minutes during working hours to confirm your slot.

  • Appointments are confirmed only upon verbal or written confirmation from our staff
  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your confirmed appointment time
  • We request 2 hours' notice for cancellations to allow other patients to use the slot
  • Walk-in patients are accommodated subject to doctor availability
  • In case of delay due to emergency cases or complex consultations, our staff will keep you informed
  • No-shows without prior notice may affect priority in future bookings
Appointment slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking through our website does not guarantee a specific doctor unless confirmed by our team.

  • Settle all dues and bills at the time of discharge or as per the agreed billing schedule

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves in an abusive, threatening or disruptive manner, except in genuine medical emergencies.

7. Payments, Billing & Insurance

  • All charges are payable as per our current fee schedule, which may be revised from time to time
  • Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking
  • For cashless insurance, you must present a valid insurance card and policy details at the time of admission. We are empanelled with major TPAs and insurance companies
  • In non-cashless cases, you are required to pay upfront and then seek reimbursement from your insurer
  • Any co-payment or deductibles under your insurance policy are your responsibility
  • Itemised bills are provided upon request. Any billing discrepancy must be raised within 7 days of discharge
  • Online appointment booking through our website does not involve any booking fee

11. Grievance Redressal

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable laws in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

These terms are subject to the Indian Contract Act, 1872; Consumer Protection Act, 2019; Information Technology Act, 2000 and all applicable medical regulatory laws of India.
